For private group tours, the minimum number of travelers required is 20. If your group has fewer than 20 participants, you can book onto one of our scheduled program tours instead.
A deposit for each person is due 60 days prior to the tour and the final payment is due 45 days prior to the tour. This can either be collected by your Club and transferred to us on this date, or you can request that your members contact On Course Tours directly to make payment for their deposit and final payment.
Our fleet includes a range of luxury coaches, with seating capacities from 44 to 53 passengers.

Each of our tours includes a fitness rating to help you select the tour that best suits your group’s capabilities. All our tours are designed with mature travelers in mind, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all participants.
We offer pricing based on minimums of 16, 20, or 30 participants. The final passenger count is required 3 business days prior to your tour date, unless otherwise specified.
An invoice will be sent to you on the day of your tour, based on your final passenger count.
