Thank you for organising the Tamora airshow and Wagga tour for our club. We all enjoyed the four days away. The tour length was just right for us ‘oldies’. The Mercure Wagga was very comfortable and centrally located, and there was plenty of free time to explore the galleries, gardens Riverina Museum, and shops on offer in Wagga. The Tamora airshow was an opportunity to view old planes and to see an aviation display for novices to aviation displays. We learnt so much about the RAAF presence in Wagga and Temora during WWII.
A highlight of the Junee Rail Museum was the dedicated locals who told us all about trains and privatisation of New South Wales rails.
A special bouquet of thanks to Paul , our wonderful coach driver and Marie, our friendly tour guide. Nothing was a problem for them. Both Marie and Paul worked as a great team and put us all at ease. We greatly appreciated all their work, effort, fun and friendship to make our trip memorable. Thanks Guys!
It was great to be travelling with Oncourse again.
Our club is looking forward to seeing what tourism plans you have in store for 2024. Again, many thanks for your help.
Best wishes to all the On Course team. – Regards, Elizabeth Re-trip to Dubbo and Mudgee.
On behalf of the small group from our club. I would like to thank you for organising such a great five day tour. The accommodation was great with the staff at both. Venues very helpful.
Our driver, Hans, as always, was extremely caring and helped to make everyone feel comfortable and part of a happy and friendly travel group. Look forward to future travel with On Course. – Yours sincerely, Jill Dear On Course Tours
Thank you so much for the wonderful 3 day trip to Oberon.
It was great to go to Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens and “Bebeah” at Mt Wilson on the first day.
Mayfield Gardens (the full gardens) did not disappoint and the weather was so kind to us.
The rhododendrons and the crab apples were certainly on display for us.
Jimmy did a great job looking after us all. The accommodation was great as well all the good food!
Going to Everglades on the day we came home was an added bonus and some time in Leura was great as well.
I was even home in time to plant out a replacement Daphne that I had got.
l am now looking forward to the Yamba and Grafton trip – here’s hoping the weather will be kind to us.
I would love next year’s program when it has been completed. I hear it is nearly finished. – Yours sincerely, RP Hooray for our great On Course tours
We are old and grey
With John to drive us all around
On our 5 days away
The zoo was great
The stars shon bright
We’ve really had a ball
We ate and drank, enjoyed ourselves
We think we’ve seen it all
And so until we meet again
Thanks John, you are a Gem.
– Regards, DK We have just returned from a 4 day tour to Young. We enjoyed the trip very much, and this was largely due to our tour leader/driver, Hans. He is a particularly likeable young man and his patience and attention to all our needs were 100%. He would be the best tour leader that we have encountered on the many bus tours we have taken both here in Australia and overseas.
Please convey our grateful thanks to Hans for making our Young tour so enjoyable. – Your sincerely, J and M. Hi Kerry
Great trip as usual in the Alps.
Hans was able to secure 2nd spot on the bus line and we were away very quickly leaving lines of buses behind us.
The motel was excellent and the food service the quality A1. The chap in charge of the Bar and foor service, lan, was most attentive and with the help of Hans did a wonderful job of keeping everyone happy.
The escorted Tour of Albury by Allan was one of the best I have encountered.
The Hibernian Hotel was ‘spot on’, the hotel was spacious and the food perfect.
The Red Stag Deer Farm was without doubt one of the highlights of the trip. The complex looks over the valley with sweeping views. The owners gave a very informative and entertaining talk and we really could have stayed longer.
I believe it would be an ideal venue for a bit of variety to say have morning tea at Bright and then go to the Red Stag for Iunch and a talk by them. They did well out of the bus with people buying lots of their products. Most of the people on the bus have done the same Bright trip previously in one form or another and the inclusion of this I feel would draw other ‘past’ travellers to do the same trip again. I know I can speak for everyone, it was a top trip. – Regards David Dear On Course Tours and Travel,
Thank you so much for a wonderful trip to King Island. I have been on a great many coach trips but can honestly say that yours are the best by far (I was also on the Christmas in July trip to Nelson Bay with you guys), I hope to join some more of your tours next year. – Kind regards, Marlene Dear John
I just want you to know how much I enjoyed my trip to Yamba with you and to thank you for your careful driving, your interesting commentary, your selective gathering of foods and morning tea and your care and concern for all passengers. It’s no wonder we have such a happy group. – Isabel, Sydney. Re Lord Howe Island Tour.
Dear Kerry, we would like to thank everyone in your office, and particularly you for your guidance around getting us safely to and back home from the island. The itinerary covered just about all that anyone in our age group could reasonably do, and everything was marvelous, including of course, your nibbles and drinks overlooking in the lagoon.
We consider this to be our best short tour and have already recommended it to some of our friends, that, if they want to go to the island, they should contact Oncourse about the time you will have future tours. With best wishes, and many thanks. – sincerely Bill and Mary Dear John
Thank you and your team for arranging our Melbourne cup and King Island holiday. I enjoyed everything we did. Top accommodation and delicious meals. Your commentary was excellent. As was the way you looked after us all.
King Island was as I anticipated plus the bonus of Michael Hill who made the day very interesting with his great stories and good humour. The meals on King Island were just super. Kerry did a magnificent job as the nicest “mother hen”. She capably looked after her “chickens”, especially this old “rooster”. Kerry made the delay at the Melbourne airport bearable by constantly providing updates and free vouchers. A special thank you to her. I must also mentioned the delightful Debbie. She is an excellent ambassador for your company. A very competent driver. Very pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. From the above, I trust you will appreciate I had a very very good trip. I look forward to again travelling with On Course (of course!) Cheers. Peter.
I look forward to again travelling with On Course (of course!). – Cheers. Peter Just wanted to make comment about your a driver, Hans. What a treasure he is, a real asset to your company. Polite, attentive to detail, nothing was too much trouble, even when one of the group forgot her medication.
Funny, relaxed and easy to be with and a good considerate driver. The coach was exceptional as well, extremely comfortable and roomy, especially for those of us with long legs. – Chris (Sung to Advance Australia Fair)
Hooray for our Great On Course Tours
For we are old and grey
With John to drive us all around
We’ve travelled a helluva long way
We’ve had a ball at Moby Dicks
We ate and drank all day
But now it’s time to say goodbye
To the pelicans in the bay
And so until we meet again
Thanks John!! Hip hip, hooray.

We have so enjoyed being part of the On Course family over the many years and have beautiful memories and photos to prove it! – Pete and Clare Ladies and Gentlemen,
Our recent tour to Merimbula and the Sapphire Coast was enjoyable.
We wish to have recorded our special thanks to John T, the driver of the week.
Not only steered us through thick and thin but changed his hat throughout the days to become maitre de plaisir, Tea and Coffee director, Seniors supervisor, time keeper, convenience spotter, luggage handler and so the list goes on and on.

John is a credit to the Company !! – Best regards, Helga
