Tour description

For the first time ever, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is coming to Brisbane, and we’re delighted to take you there in comfort and style. In celebration of the Tattoo’s 75th anniversary, this special Australian performance, The Heroes Who Made Us, honours the remarkable individuals who have shaped the event’s proud history.

More than 1,000 world-class performers will bring the magic of Scotland to life, featuring massed pipes and drums, military ceremony, traditional and contemporary dance, and breathtaking musical displays. A full-size replica of Edinburgh Castle will stand proudly in Suncorp Stadium, setting the scene for an unforgettable evening of pageantry and emotion. It’s a true once-in-a-lifetime experience — and one we can’t wait to share with you.

Either side of the Tattoo, we’ll enjoy the relaxed charm of the Gold Coast and the cultural sophistication of Brisbane, with a range of sightseeing and cruising included.

Testimonials

We have just returned from a 4 day tour to Young. We enjoyed the trip very much, and this was largely due to our tour leader/driver, Hans. He is a particularly likeable young man and his patience and attention to all our needs were 100%. He would be the best tour leader that we have encountered on the many bus tours we have taken both here in Australia and overseas. Please convey our grateful thanks to Hans for making our Young tour so enjoyable.

Your sincerely, J and M.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Our recent tour to Merimbula and the Sapphire Coast was enjoyable. We wish to have recorded our special thanks to John T, the driver of the week. Not only steered us through thick and thin but changed his hat throughout the days to become maitre de plaisir, Tea and Coffee director, Seniors supervisor, time keeper, convenience spotter, luggage handler and so the list goes on and on. John is a credit to the Company !!

Best regards, Helga
